1 Introduction

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

3.4 KYC Verification

You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC, proof of address, and payment method ownership documents at any time. cx77u reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including suspension of withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your cx77u login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. cx77u support staff will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

4.3 Account Dormancy

An Account that has not been accessed and used for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. cx77u reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive Accounts. You will be notified in advance of any dormancy fee being applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce any Account Balance below zero.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your cx77u Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. cx77u reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

cx77u shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other economic losses, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or any other cause.

cx77u does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability. cx77u shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability, regardless of cause.

13 Termination

cx77u reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, and to void any pending bets or pending withdrawals, immediately and without prior notice if cx77u determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, or if such action is required by cx77u's licensing authority or applicable law.

Upon termination for breach, cx77u may retain any Balance held in the Account and use it to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred by cx77u as a direct result of the Player's breach. Any remaining Balance following such offsetting will be returned to the Player using a verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting cx77u support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to all applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cx77u holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cx77u's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral authority.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the cx77u Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
